Hey friend. I’m Elese — a Mindset Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Community Curator.

I build connected communities, and support curious beings in moving from overwhelm and self-doubt to alignment and self-trust.

My approach weaves modern coaching methodologies — including NLP — with ancient yogic tools and somatic practices to support deep, sustainable transformation.
